Graduate Leadership Programme in Field Sales and Marketing
The Company:
A global leader in cordless technology, boasting a portfolio of well-known DIY brands, with worldwide sales exceeding $14bn and well over 40,000 staff worldwide.
The Role:
- Rotating for 18-24 months across different sales product areas, you will be the face of the brand for your region
- Purely field-based sales and marketing role handling around 120 existing customer accounts (no cold calling!)
- Building and nurturing relationships, creating sales strategies and maximising the financial performance of your region
- Educating retailers and end users on new products and promotions
- Implementing visual merchandising and in-store promotions
- Supporting trade events around the UK and in Europe

Requirements:
- Confident, influential relationship builders β some sales or commercial experience would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence (including manual) and willing to drive in the UK
- Can attend recruitment event in Buckinghamshire across 12th & 13th May (with expenses paid including hotel stay)
- Able to start in this role on 1st June or 6th July
