Graduate Recruitment Bureau - GRB

Start your cyber security career in a role where you can make a real difference. As a Graduate IT Security & Compliance Analyst, you’ll help protect systems, support recognised security standards, and build valuable skills alongside experienced professionals.

The Company

Based in Leicestershire, you’ll join an established manufacturing business with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. With a team member retiring, this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from senior colleagues and develop into a trusted member of the IT and security function. The company is open to graduates relocating for the opportunity and provides a supportive environment where you can build your career while gaining meaningful responsibility.

The Role

The Graduate IT Security & Compliance Analyst role is designed for someone who wants to develop their career across cyber security, information security, compliance, and risk. You’ll receive support from experienced colleagues while gaining hands-on exposure to security tools, audits, vulnerabilities, access controls, and recognised frameworks including ISO 27001 and TISAX. You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. Instead, you’ll have room to learn, take ownership and grow into a critically important security and compliance professional.

  • Monitor security patches, alerts and vulnerabilities across approximately 800 devices.
  • Support ISO 27001, TISAX, Cyber Essentials Plus and GDPR compliance.
  • Review access controls, onboarding and offboarding processes to strengthen security.
  • Coordinate phishing simulations, security awareness training and compliance audits.
  • Investigate security concerns, firewall activity and reported vulnerabilities with specialist partners.
  • Prepare security reports, risk updates and compliance dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Benefits and Perks

You’ll join a supportive environment where learning, development and long-term progression are encouraged. As you build your security and compliance knowledge, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and become a key part of the team.

  • £27,000+ starting salary.
  • 5% employer pension contribution match.
  • On-site gym and café facilities.
  • Life insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Support and mentoring from experienced senior colleagues.
