A well-established, independent Chartered Accountancy firm in Douglas is recruiting three graduates to join its 2026 ACA / ACCA Training Contract Programme. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-achieving final-year student seeking a long-term career in accountancy, audit, tax and financial services in the Isle of Man. - Meeting with clients
- Studying towards your ACA or ACCA

- Receiving exceptional mentorship and in-house training

Requirements
- 2025 or 2026 graduate, on track for a 2:1 or above + a quantitative A Level
- Local to the Isle of Man or with strong personal connections to the Island (family, friends etc.)
- Paid work experience, whether that’s in retail, hospitality, or an internship
- Committed to completing the ACCA or ACA qualification alongside full-time work
