The Role
As a Graduate Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, you will work in a consultative, business development focused environment, operating on a global scale. No two weeks will look the same. You will research complex organisations, engage senior decision makers and gradually take ownership of high value commercial conversations. With close support from experienced consultants, you will learn how to run international sales meetings, manage negotiations and build long term client relationships across Europe and the USA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research pharmaceutical organisations and identify senior decision makers
- Initiate contact using phone, email and professional networking platforms
- Introduce consulting services across pricing, forecasting and market access
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings with global stakeholders
- Prepare thoroughly for meetings and sales discussions
- Attend and progressively lead international client meetings
- Manage negotiations, proposals and sales processes
- Support client onboarding and software training
Requirements
Must have:
- A 2:1 or 1st degree in a life sciences subject or equivalent
- Grade A at A level in mathematics, chemistry, physics or economics
- Strong numerical skills and confidence using Excel
- Full driving licence
- Clear, fluent and professional communication style
- Willingness to travel internationally
