The Opportunity: A fantastic chance for a recent graduate to train and qualify as a solicitor whilst gaining real experience in a number of service lines.

What Will You be Doing? Over the course of 2 years you will rotate through 4 seats where you will work with senior and newly qualified solicitors across a number of potential service lines including but not limited to private clients, family law, dispute resolution, charity and not-for-profit and agricultural law. You will assist with client-oriented work from day 1 and you will also be supported to study for and gain SQE 1&2.

What Training and Support Will You Receive? You can expect to have a buddy and mentor throughout the graduate programme. You will also have regular interaction with the training principal to allow you the best chance to gain the SQE. You can also expect training in other areas of delivery and client management.

Interviews: Screening for this scheme will begin in January 2026 with interviews and assessment days in February and March.

What We are Looking For:

  • You do not need to have studied a law degree for this role - however, we do of course encourage applications from those that have.
  • We would also welcome applications from humanities, business and language graduates too.
  • You will need to demonstrate:
  • Achieved (or on track to achieve) a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in the degree disciplines as listed above.
  • An interest in law and a desire to study for the SQE.
  • A desire to work in a client-facing role.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Drive and to be proactive in areas of self-development.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a 'yes' mindset.
