This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills to start a rewarding career in the mortgage industry. This role is suitable for a 2025 graduate who could start immediately.
What is a Mortgage Adviser? A Mortgage Adviser helps individuals find and secure the most suitable mortgage by assessing their financial situation, exploring options and guiding them through the application process.
Responsibilities:
- Administer mortgages up to the offer stage
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, including clients, solicitors and estate agents
- Research and place mortgage cases with lenders
- Progress to handling client calls, making appointments, and eventually conducting mortgage consultations
Training:
Get comprehensive and continuous training and support, including the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams; the leading industry-recognised qualification.
