Join a specialist boutique tax advisory firm with a history of expertise helping global clients navigate complex US and UK tax rules. Headquartered in London, the firm advises expatriates on some of the most sophisticated tax matters in the private client world.
This is not a typical graduate role where you become just another number. It’s a permanent role, but started with a structured two-year training pathway designed to develop you into a fully qualified US/UK tax specialist, working alongside experienced advisors and engaging directly with real clients from day one. If you enjoy solving complex problems, learning quickly, and building expertise that is highly valued internationally, this could be the perfect career.
As part of the Private Client team, you’ll work with clients whose finances span countries, investments, pensions, and trusts. These are often US citizens living in the UK who must remain compliant with both tax systems; making the work fascinating and complex. You’ll develop both technical expertise and professional confidence as you:
- Prepare US and UK tax returns for internationally mobile clients
- Analyse complex financial information and produce detailed tax calculations and reports
- Assist senior advisors with technical correspondence
- Use specialist tax software
- Support research and technical work for advisory cases
- Participate in structured technical and soft-skills training
This role includes a structured professional development programme designed to turn you into an international tax expert. Training includes:
- Intensive onboarding

- Practical training and case studies
- Weekly coaching
- Full study support for a number of tax qualifications including the EA and ATT (Association of Tax Technicians)

What do you need?
- Predicted a 2:1 degree or above
- Degrees in Accounting, finance, economics, business, STEM, law, history or English are encouraged to apply
- BBB at A Level (or equivalent)
- GCSE level 5 or above in Maths and English
- Strong interest in a career in tax advisory
- Some evidence of work experience e.g. retail or hospitality
- Any relevant internships or placements would be a bonus
- Evidence of some interesting extra-curriculars
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and self-leadership
- Must be available to start 1st July
