Enjoy getting to the heart of a problem, working with people, and exploring how technology can help? Join a specialist software business as a Graduate Product Analyst, turning customer insight into practical product improvements in the public sector.

The Company

You’ll join an established, fully remote UK software company whose technology supports professionals working with people affected by substance misuse and complex needs. Its specialist platform is used by thousands of practitioners across treatment and recovery services. As the business continues to develop its teams and processes, you’ll have the opportunity to help strengthen customer relationships, understand user needs and shape how its products evolve. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where curiosity, integrity and meaningful work matter.

The Role

As a Graduate Product Analyst, you’ll combine product discovery, business analysis, customer engagement, and business development. You’ll learn how customers use the software, investigate the challenges they face, and help colleagues identify realistic ways to improve workflows and usability. You’ll work with Business Development, Support, Delivery, and Development colleagues, with training and guidance as you build your knowledge of the product and sector. Over time, you’ll take greater ownership of customer conversations, research, and recommendations. This is not a programming or traditional sales role; it’s a varied opportunity to develop analytical, communication, and commercial skills.

  • Engage with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and requirements.
  • Investigate product usage and identify opportunities to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Research ideas, sector developments, and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations for internal teams.
  • Learn to demonstrate the software and support customer meetings and follow-ups.
  • Research prospective organisations and help evaluate potential business opportunities.

Benefits and Perks

You’ll join a small, supportive team where your ideas can make a visible difference. You’ll receive guidance while being encouraged to take initiative, learn from feedback and grow your responsibilities as your confidence develops.

  • Salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum.
  • Fully remote working within the UK.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Training and support to learn the product and sector.
  • Exposure to product discovery, business analysis, customer relationships and business development.
  • Opportunity to collaborate across product, technical and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • A First-Class or 2:1 honours degree from a recognised university.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to listen, ask questions, and work collaboratively.
  • An interest in software and technology, with a willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Have

  • A degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering, Psychology or another analytical subject.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, Excel, data analysis, software testing, UX, research, or AI.
