What type of things will I be working on?

On this tailored 2-year Graduate Scheme, starting September 2026, you'll dive into hands-on operational roles with real responsibility, preparing you for a rewarding career in manufacturing and supply chain management. Through immersive rotations across key areas within the Manufacturing Services Division, you'll gain invaluable experience and develop a deep understanding of the business, including:

  • Materials management
  • Scheduling/logistics
  • Project management
  • Supply Chain

What’s on offer?

£30K starting salary plus £2000 sign-on bonus. Flexible & hybrid working available (team dependent). Where will I be working?

This role is based out of our site in Woodchester near Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire. Since our Renishaw sites are located in semi-rural areas, applicants should ensure they have a reliable means of transport to reach the site, as public transportation options may be limited. Alternatively, applicants should be willing to relocate to the local area.

What do I need?

We’re looking for students expecting a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) ideally in any degree discipline. Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in engineering will be strongly considered. If you are excited about the role but feel as though you don’t meet all the requirements, we would encourage you still to apply.
