The Role – Associate Recruitment Consultant

As an Associate Consultant, you will go through a structured training programme designed to fast-track you into a high-performing recruitment consultant. You will:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment projects within the life sciences market
  • Research, identify and attract specialist candidates globally
  • Build and manage long-term candidate relationships
  • Develop deep market intelligence within your niche
  • Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities
  • Use LinkedIn, outbound calling, networking and CRM systems to build your pipeline
  • Qualify candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle

You will quickly become a specialist within your vertical, working closely with experienced consultants and Directors who provide hands-on mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a 2:1 - Life Sciences degree preferred but not essential
  • Previous sales or client-facing experience helpful but not essential
  • Commercially minded and ambitious
  • Resilient with strong communication skills
  • Motivated by progression and high earnings
  • Competitive nature - this can be shown through sport or similar
