The Role – Associate Recruitment Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you will go through a structured training programme designed to fast-track you into a high-performing recruitment consultant. You will:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment projects within the life sciences market
- Research, identify and attract specialist candidates globally
- Build and manage long-term candidate relationships
- Develop deep market intelligence within your niche
- Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities
- Use LinkedIn, outbound calling, networking and CRM systems to build your pipeline
- Qualify candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
You will quickly become a specialist within your vertical, working closely with experienced consultants and Directors who provide hands-on mentorship.
