Graduate Electronics Engineering Consultant

Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, this tech firm work with their clients briefs to produce hi-tech and highly innovative solutions that span software, electronics and hardware solutions. As a consultancy they work with a wide variety of customers that include well known firms in healthcare, life sciences, industrial and consumer sectors.

The Role

As an Electronics Engineering Graduate, you will work within project teams to support the development of electronic systems, embedded software and testing solutions for a range of client projects. You’ll gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle while building technical skills in electronics design, firmware development and systems testing. The role offers strong mentoring, practical engineering experience and opportunities to work with modern development tools and technologies.

• Support electronic circuit and embedded system development
• Assist firmware and software programming activities
• Work with oscilloscopes, DVMs and laboratory equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Skills

• 2:1 or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and embedded systems
• Experience with C, C++ or Python programming
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
