Help understand the software needs of professionals supporting treatment and recovery. As a Graduate Business Analyst, you'll translate customer insight into practical recommendations, exploring how improved workflows can support practitioners working with substance misuse and complex needs.

The Company

This established UK software business operates fully remotely. Its specialist platform is used by thousands of practitioners across treatment and recovery services, supporting professionals working with people affected by substance misuse and complex needs. You'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, integrity and meaningful work. As the business develops its teams and processes, you'll help strengthen customer relationships, understand user needs and contribute to how its software evolves within this specialist healthcare context.

The Role

As a Graduate Business Analyst - Healthcare, you'll investigate customer requirements and help colleagues identify realistic software improvements. This is software-focused work, not a clinical position. The role combines business analysis, product discovery, customer engagement and business development, rather than programming or traditional sales. Training and guidance will help you learn the product and sector alongside Business Development, Support, Delivery and Development colleagues. You'll build analytical, communication and commercial skills through evidence-based recommendations. Over time, you'll take greater ownership of customer conversations and research, with room to grow your contribution to usability and efficient workflows in public-sector services.

  • Explore customer workflows, challenges and requirements through conversations.
  • Investigate product usage and opportunities to improve usability and efficiency.
  • Research sector developments and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
  • Present clear findings and evidence-based recommendations to internal teams.
  • Learn software demonstrations and support customer meetings and follow-ups.
  • Research prospective organisations and help evaluate potential business opportunities.
