In this role you will learn the ins and outs of how to be successful in a recruitment role. You will be responsible for:

  • Market research on your target market
  • Reaching out to new clients to identify their need
  • Building long term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
  • Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)

As you develop, you’ll work towards clear output targets and start taking greater ownership of client relationships. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end while continuing to use content to support your network and strengthen your position in the market.

  • Evidence of being a high achiever (this can be shown through academics, work experience or extra-curricular activities)

  • Based in Leamington Spa, Warwick or Kenilworth
