The company is currently in an exciting R&D phase, building towards a product with the ambition to challenge established enterprise technology providers. You’ll work closely with highly experienced software developers who have previously built and sold successful businesses, giving you the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow in a highly technical environment.

The Role

As a Graduate AI Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing an ambitious product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional software development and immerse yourself in cutting-edge AI technologies, using substantial AI resources and modern hardware to explore what’s possible. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, contribute across different areas of the platform, and develop the technical and communication skills needed for a long-term career in AI and software engineering. • Build and improve AI-powered features across a wide-ranging enterprise software platform.

Requirements

We’re looking for an enthusiastic programmer with genuine curiosity about computer science, AI, and emerging technology. Your personal projects and GitHub should demonstrate that you enjoy building things and learning independently.

• 2:1 or above in a Computer Science degree or similar.
• Strong interest in AI, software development, and wider technology.
• Personal programming projects or a GitHub portfolio demonstrating your initiative.
