Graduate Recruitment Bureau - GRB

This software house has been developing software and solutions that support organisations working within health and social care for almost several decades. What has always mattered to them is making a genuine difference, both within the sector and within the wider communities their clients support every day.

They work closely with NHS organisations, charities, local authorities, and community providers to help deliver services to vulnerable people through practical, thoughtfully designed technology. They believe strongly in developing people, building trusted relationships, and creating a supportive team environment where individuals can grow professionally whilst contributing to meaningful work.

The Role

As part of their Client Services team, you will grow into a confident and effective Account Manager within a healthcare technology environment.

Unlike many traditional account management roles, this position is not sales-focused. They are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping clients achieve better outcomes through technology.

Working closely with experienced colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across the healthcare and social care sectors, you will help build strong relationships, coordinate projects, and support organisations delivering vital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Client Support: Support day-to-day client relationships, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, respond to requests, and assist with contract renewals and ongoing account development.
  • Projects & Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services, Product, Support, Development, and Finance teams; support system upgrades, workshops, and help coordinate the annual User Group event.
  • Marketing & Sector Engagement: Assist with newsletters, case studies, client testimonials, and LinkedIn activities, while researching trends within healthcare and social care.

Perks and Benefits

They believe in supporting and investing in their team members for the long term, offering a comprehensive package that rewards your hard work and supports your well-being:

  • Starting salary (Β£25K+) plus a performance-related bonus scheme and company pension contributions.
  • Private healthcare cover (following the successful completion of your probationary period) and paid holidays.
  • A fully flexible, remote-working environment that allows you to manage your day effectively while staying connected online.
  • Structured, ongoing mentoring from experienced professionals, continuous support, and clear pathways for career progression and increased responsibility over time.
  • The unique opportunity to do truly meaningful work that directly improves services and outcomes for vulnerable people and local communities.

Requirements:

  • 2:1 or higher (or equivalent) in any degree.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build working relationships.
  • IT literacy, ideally with an interest in technology.
  • Any client-facing/commercial experience is beneficial (placement year, internships, etc).

All candidates must be willing to undergo a full DBS check due to the sensitive nature of the work.
