Kickstart a meaningful career in the public sector through this Financial Regulation Graduate Scheme, with start dates available in Summer and September 2026.
Over the 2-year scheme you will complete two 12-month rotations, in divisions such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Crime, and Investments. Within those divisions, you would be responsible for the following:
- Completing a funded IMC qualification
- Investigating relevant firms through research, data analysis, and real-world case work
- Meeting and interviewing senior stakeholders (CFOs, Directors), to understand complex business operations
- Producing detailed, high-impact reports that influence regulatory decisions and industry outcomes

- £36k salary, with annual salary reviews + £2,500 relocation allowance

Requirements:
- Happy to relocate to Guernsey.
- 2:1 or above in Economics, Business, STEM, Humanities or similar.
- At least AAA at A Level, or equivalent. A quantitative subject is ideal.
- Work experience in the financial services is ideal, but not essential.
