Based in near East Grinstead, this company is a well-respected technology firm that specialises in software and software systems for Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems for their clients. Are you a STEM graduate with an interest in working in the IT sector? This company is looking to grow their team by hiring a graduate product specialist. Full product training will be given and you will be working alongside the company's projects, consulting and sales teams helping existing and prospective new customers maximise their use of the software products they have invested in. Due to the location of this company, you will need to have a driving licence and access to your own transport.
Duties will be varied and to include:
- Become the Subject Matter Expert in the client's products
- In the event of a new release, be actively involved in helping to thoroughly test the product before it is circulated to the Customers
- Assist in the creation and maintain technical support tickets in the company's issue tracking systems
- Being proactive with and contribute to the constant improvement of the product line
