Business Development Representatives are proactive, confident communicators who know how to build rapport quickly and spot opportunities. This role is ideal for ambitious self-starters who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want the chance to earn significant commission while progressing quickly.
Responsibilities- Engage with prospective customers to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Book meetings and support attendance for webinars, demos, or events
- Speak with key decision-makers through targeted cold calling and high-level outreach
- Consistently hit meeting targets, KPIs, and activity metrics
- Use social selling across platforms to generate interest and warm leads
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on cross-channel campaigns
- Build strong relationships with Account Executives to support pipeline growth and smooth handovers
- Salary - $60K-$70K OTE $150K
- Hybrid - Work from home two days per week (You will be required to be in the office during the training period).
