Evening, Night or Early Shifts

This role operates on an eight-hour shift basis, with start times at 3.30pm, 6.30pm, 11pm or 6.30am. You will complete a 12-week training period in the office during standard working hours, before transitioning to remote working.

The Role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will join a highly skilled Scrum development team working across the full software lifecycle. You will contribute to developing, testing, and supporting new and existing software products, while building strong foundations in Java, C++ and modern engineering practices. This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to production systems, and clear opportunities to grow your technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop high-quality software using Java and C++
  • Contribute to system design and object-oriented architecture discussions
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration

Requirements
