What you’ll be doing
- Managing and updating compliance documents and records
- Supporting packaging specifications and data accuracy
- Assisting with Quality Management System (QMS) administration
- Collecting supplier certifications (FSC, food safety, environmental, etc.)
- Logging non-conformances, complaints, and corrective actions
- Preparing reports and dashboards for management
- Maintaining training records and supporting staff training admin
- Helping with sustainability data and reporting
- Providing admin support during audits
