Business Operations Graduate

Role Summary
This is a varied, high-impact graduate position based in the head office (requiring a minimum of three days a week in office).
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that delivery teams hold the correct clearances required for projects of national importance. Additionally, as the company expands its international footprint, the person in this role will help build the operational foundations necessary to support work across new geographies.
As the day-to-day administrator for security vetting, the successful candidate will also be required to undergo and maintain security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Vetting and Screening Processes: Own the employee background checking and security clearance processes from end-to-end. This includes managing applications, renewals, and compliance requirements, while serving as the internal point of contact for clearance queries.
- Drive Process Improvement: Take ownership of an internal transformation initiative to review, strengthen, and improve how vetting services are delivered across the organisation.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with external screening providers and suppliers, ensuring high service quality and performance.
- Support International Expansion: Assist with the logistics of global growth, including coordinating international travel, managing visa and insurance requirements, and establishing operational processes for new markets.
