Recruitment Consultant (Multiple grades) in Brighton

The Role
As an IT/Data Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. You’ll build and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role offers a mix of onsite and hybrid working for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consistently hitting KPIs and billing targets

• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through proactive outreach

• Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships

• Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to placement

• Providing a consultative approach to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Staying up-to-date with market trends to offer strategic insights to clients and candidates

Essential Experience

• 2+ years of IT or Data recruitment experience

• Strong business development skills, including expanding and managing client accounts

• Proven ability to place top talent in competitive markets

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets

Desired Experience

• Experience in a 360-recruitment role, managing both client and candidate relationships

• Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software

• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs

• An established network within the IT or Data sector
