The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Metrica, you'll learn how to connect talented professionals with exciting career opportunities while developing valuable sales and business development skills.
Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll receive hands-on training, coaching and mentoring from day one. As your confidence grows, you'll take on more responsibility, build your own network and develop relationships with clients across the data, AI and technology sectors.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Source and engage specialist candidates across data, AI and technology.

Build relationships with candidates and understand their career motivations.

Generate new business through cold calling, warm leads and client outreach.

Manage recruitment assignments from initial conversations through to successful placements.

Develop specialist market knowledge and work towards clear sales targets.

Uncapped commission, with a guaranteed minimum earning equivalent to one-third of annual billings.

Requirements
Recruitment is rewarding but challenging - you need to be self-motivated, positive, and keen to work in a target-based, sales driven environment.
- 2:1 equivalent or above in any degree subject
- B's at A-level (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and genuine ambition to progress quickly
- Happy to make cold outreach approaches to win new business
