With over 40 years' industry knowledge and £11m annual turnover, they are well-respected in their field, providing film and wrapping solutions to their clients in a range of industries in the UK. From pizzas to furniture, their packaging is used by businesses across the country. Having just moved into a new, modern office, they are looking for a well-rounded graduate to join their hard-working but sociable, family-run business.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly ambitious company with rapid growth plans. Working within a close-knit team, you will be playing a pivotal role in order processing and management. As the face of the company, you will be thinking commercially and logically to effectively manage customer orders worth anywhere from £200-£30K from start to finish. Communication and organisation are key as you will be working to maintain excellent relationships with customers, whilst ensuring their orders are managed and fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Customer and client management
- Effective order processing from start to finish

- Managing and communicating with customers over the phone and by email
- Attention to detail - ensuring order specifications are met
- Working with the sales team to ensure orders are closed and met
Progression includes developing into a field sales position.
Requirements
- 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in any subject
- Part-time customer-facing work experience advantageous
- Experience with Excel desirable
- Commutable to Brighouse
- Driving licence or working towards one
