Company A is a market-leading specialist packaging company in the UK with a £20m turnover, having tripled the size of the business in the last 7 years. They are the highest quality provider in their market in the UK. Clients include DHL, Kelloggs, P&G, BT and Camelot.
The Role:
- Field-based sales role, covering clients across the UK.
- Variety of new business prospecting, following inbound leads and contacting warm or dormant clients across a variety of industries.
- You will be given some existing clients to manage, however, you will also have a target of £100k in new business revenue.
- In the beginning, more time will be spent in the office for training; once up and running, more likely to be around one day per week to work on your post-sales admin.
- Visiting up to 4 clients per day, including high-value priority clients who you will meet with on a regular basis to look after their account.
- There will be plenty of travel including overnight stays.
- Training will include external courses and shadowing two highly successful directors.
Package:
- £30k base salary to start with (depending on experience) and likely first-year OTE of £40k.
- The successful candidate will double their base salary in 3 years.
- Company car, most likely a VW Passat or Audi - all fuel expensed.
- Phone and laptop.
- Annual discretionary bonus.
- Expenses account.
Profile:
- Driving license and confident with motorway driving.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to think on your feet and deal with difficult customers.
