Anticipated Start: Summer 2026
You will be working closely with both software and hardware engineers to identify the best solutions for their customers. Responsibilities will include liaising with customers to understand their requirements and then designing, developing and implementing cloud-based solutions. You will be writing code that will be used in embedded products. This client works on some very interesting projects, one of which is involved in environmentally sustainable transportation technology. You will be a confident coder (in any language) and want to get involved in creating some excellent cutting-edge software products.

Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant subject such as computer science or software engineering
- Strong programming core skills (C and C++) and any higher-level languages and scripting is useful
- Electronics fundamentals (understand how to read schematics, how to use test equipment to aid debugging (logic analysers, scopes, DVM etc.)
- Experience working with embedded systems during projects or in spare time such as Micro-controllers
- Linux skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Haves:
- Linux PC application experience
- Any graphical OpenGL experience
- Programming experience in C/C++
- Use of microcontroller boards or other IoT platforms such as RPI etc.
- Strong attention to detail
