The Role
Using your transferable skills, you will be joining the team in a busy, multi faceted role at the heart of the business operations. After completing several weeks of specialist industry training alongside a mentor, you will play a key role in managing customer support services via phone and email. You will resolve queries covering products, pricing, and availability, while also working cross functionally with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
