The Role:
As a Graduate Field Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll manage your own territory and build relationships with existing customers, while receiving comprehensive training and support. You'll gain broad commercial experience across different product areas, with clear progression opportunities into sales, marketing and leadership.
This is a varied, field-based role with no cold calling, giving you plenty of autonomy and responsibility from day one.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with around 120 existing customer accounts.
- Grow sales and commercial performance across your territory.
- Deliver product demonstrations and introduce customers to new products and promotions.
- Increase brand awareness through merchandising and promotional activity.
- Plan your own diary and manage customer visits independently.
- Attend UK and European trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.

Requirements:
- Confident, influential relationship builders - some sales or commercial experience would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence (including manual) and willing to drive in the UK
- Can attend an assessment day in Buckinghamshire across 15th/16th September (with expenses paid, including a hotel stay)
- Able to start in this role on 5th October or 2nd November
