Established and highly respected in their field for over 40 years, this company supplies own-label and branded food products to UK retailers and food service firms, boasting key partnerships with the likes of Waitrose, Aldi, Asda, Tesco, Bidfood, Pizza Express and Joe & The Juice. They are a recognised market leader, have won awards for sustainability and have recently moved to new offices with a roof terrace and on-site chef who makes breakfasts to order!
An opportunity for an organised team player who wants to get into the world of FMCG. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Directors, you will be growing your analytical skills to provide insight into FMCG market trends. These will in turn impact business direction, meaning you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's success. As you build your skills you will be relied upon to provide expertise on products, consumer trends, stocks and supply chains.
The team are focused on bringing on individuals it can invest training and development in to for future leadership roles across departments. Multiple GRB placements have gone on to now direct teams here, and you could too.
What do you need?
- Degree educated in your chosen field (or equivalent) preferably in an analytically-driven subject
- 1 year or more in a similar role (could be a placement year)
- Nice to have: Circana IRI / Nielsen / Kantar
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- No more than 45 minutes commute from Reigate
