A field-based sales rep role dealing with existing customers on behalf of leading brands.

The Role:

  • A purely field-based sales rep role covering an area around Hereford and Gloucester.
  • You will be responsible for meeting a number of existing business customers on your ground on a daily basis.
  • Driving the growth of sales volume, the share of the market and profitability within your designated ground.
  • Attending a targeted number of customer meetings per day in stores, including independent retailers and retail chains.
  • Launching new brands and educating point-of-sale staff and retailers with a view to overcoming out-of-stock situations.
  • Ensuring, where appropriate, that point of sale staff are educated, trained and fully aware of all products and price points and the importance of maintaining the correct range and availability of products.

Package:

  • Salary of £35.5K
  • Company car and fuel card
  • Annual company bonus of up to 10% of salary
  • Sales bonus scheme of up to £5400 per year
  • £2K of annual allowances, including daily food budget
  • 16% non-contributory pension, worth £5680 per year
  • Amazing flexible benefits package with a choice of beer and wine subscriptions, travel insurance, health screening, gym memberships and more, worth £600 p/a
  • Total first-year package worth £52K

Must Haves:

  • A driving licence that has no more than 6 points
