They take a day off every 6 weeks to socialise as a team, working out as 8 working days a year. Learning budget and time is a priority, so you'll receive a yearly allocation towards your continual growth. There is a 3 day in office working policy, where lunch is provided on the house.
The Role
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions that power products no one else is building.
- Maintain and optimize existing bots for scalability and efficiency.
- Monitor bot up-time and debug failed registrations to see where improvements to RPA flows can be made.
- Work closely with the support team to troubleshoot automation issues and failures.
- Develop improvements to bot management using MDM and virtual machine tools, allowing efficient roll out of changes to bot setup.
- Spot and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work, helping scale as they grow.
