Working closely with the trade operations team, you will use SQL and data visualisation tools to analyse everything from meal deal success to Christmas stock levels. You will manage both fast-turnaround requests and long-term strategic projects, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the business.

Essential:
  • Experience with SQL or strong willingness to learn it quickly (training provided)
  • Strong numeracy, evidenced by at least one of the following:
  • High grade in Maths A-Level
  • STEM degree
  • Substantial experience in data and analytics
  • Proven experience providing commercial insights using data
  • Ability to help frame business questions and deliver actionable, data-backed answers
  • Experience with a data visualisation tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or similar)
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce, particularly involving seasonality and events
