This board development and executive search consultancy are looking to take on 1-2 ambitious, intelligent research associates. Their focus is board effectiveness and board composition, as they build boards and leadership teams fit for the future. They do this through board evaluation, development, and executive search.
The Role: You will be a fully integrated and critical member of the research and delivery team. You will enjoy an unusual level of responsibility and impact in shaping the business and affecting its performance. You will be expected to navigate complexity proactively and deliver high-level debate on topical business issues through exceptional written work. You will be subject to a steep learning curve, particularly relating to how boards operate, their composition and what drives effectiveness. There is considerable scope for personal development, formal business training and a high degree of responsibility.
