Are you looking to use your Spanish language skills in a client-focused, commercial role? Wanting to join a growing start-up who are revolutionising the travel industry for the betterment of developing countries? This rapidly evolving tech business is looking to expand their operations and customer success team with a driven, people-focused graduate.
Providing alternative payment options for the global travel and tourism business, they are enabling economies to grow through providing a cost-effective, user-friendly transaction application.
Your time will be split between ensuring customer queries are solved (predominantly in the LATAM region) and helping to drive continued business growth through project-based initiatives. Working alongside the CEO and COO, you will play a key role in bettering user experience whilst actively shaping the future of the company.
What Do You Need?
- A 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in your chosen subject
- Conversational Spanish alongside fluent English
- Basic French or another language
- The ability to commence employment ASAP
- Ideally 6 months+ experience in a similar role, but not essential (your experience level will dictate the starting salary offered)
