In the first three months, your focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates. You’ll take a modern, content-led approach to recruitment – creating podcasts (pre- and post-production), video marketing, and growing your personal brand on social media, all while developing an understanding of marketing. This is a softer, consultative style of recruitment designed to help you stand out in the market. As you progress, you’ll work towards clear output targets and gradually take ownership of client relationships, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
