Role - Bilingual Recruitment Consultant

Operating in their specialist European recruitment team out of their head office in Buckinghamshire. You will:

  • Start out in a candidate-focused position and learn how to recruit the best candidates across Europe
  • Hone your interviewing and pitching skills
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events
  • Develop your recruitment career with flexible options on the table, moving into 360 recruitment, account management, business development or delivery
  • Benefit from first-rate training with a budget for external training courses, a 6-month personal development plan, external leadership courses and possible enrolment on Master’s courses in the longer term

  • Circa 30K base salary
  • Bonuses to take this to an OTE of £40K in year one
