The Opportunity
While the official program dates are yet to be announced, we are now welcoming Expressions of Interest for our 2026 Graduate Program. This is a rare opportunity to signal your interest in joining a market-leading developer recognized for sustainability and innovation. Our Graduate Program is an 18-month journey designed to provide an immersive experience across the property industry. You will undertake structured rotations through our core business areas, including Industrial, Investment and Capital Transactions, and Development. Alongside on-the-job experience, you will participate in a bespoke development program to enhance your skills and professional growth in the early stages of your career.
How you will make an impact
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full property cycle through high-impact rotations across Industrial, Investment, and Development teams.
- Support our market-leading initiatives in sustainability, helping to ensure our projects remain at the forefront of quality and industry excellence.
- Work with highly regarded, high-performing teams to solve complex project queries and deliver meaningful community outcomes.
- Play an active role in creating places where people can thrive, ensuring our projects reflect our commitment to a genuine sense of belonging.
To be eligible for the 2027 intake, you will bring:
- A completed degree (within the last 18 months or by January 2027) in Property Economics, Property, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related tertiary field.
- A strong record of academic success and a genuine passion for launching your career in the property industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable attitude, with a commitment to being a dedicated team player looking to make a meaningful impact.
- The ability to commence a full-time role by January 2027.
