The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and intellectually curious Trainee Investment Analysts to join our Sustainable Investment Banking division. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career within a purpose-driven firm that combines financial expertise with sustainability leadership.

You will gain first-hand experience in investment research, deal analysis, and sustainable finance strategies , contributing to projects that have real-world environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in deal origination and due diligence processes
  • Contribute to thought leadership on sustainable finance topics

Requirements

  • Degree (or final year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrable research and analytical skills
  • A keen interest in sustainable finance, ESG investing, and responsible banking
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and writing abilities

Location & Flexibility

Positions are available in London, Birmingham, and Manchester , with some flexibility for hybrid working.
