The Opportunity
We are seeking ambitious and intellectually curious Trainee Investment Analysts to join our Sustainable Investment Banking division. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career within a purpose-driven firm that combines financial expertise with sustainability leadership.
You will gain first-hand experience in investment research, deal analysis, and sustainable finance strategies , contributing to projects that have real-world environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market, sector, and financial research , with a focus on ESG and sustainability trends
- Support the preparation of investment memoranda, valuation models, and pitch materials
- Analyse company financials, sustainability reports, and industry data
- Assist in deal origination and due diligence processes
- Contribute to thought leadership on sustainable finance topics
Requirements
- Degree (or final year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrable research and analytical skills
- A keen interest in sustainable finance, ESG investing, and responsible banking
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication and writing abilities
Location & Flexibility
Positions are available in London, Birmingham, and Manchester , with some flexibility for hybrid working.
