Responsibilities
- Collaborate in integrating ESG factors into fundamental equity investment analysis and due diligence processes.
- Assist in monitoring ESG metrics within our internal equity portfolios, contributing to the assessment of ESG risks, and providing insights to senior portfolio managers.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive ESG reports for internal stakeholders, and support firm-wide initiatives in Responsible Investment.
- Participate in the formulation and execution of engagement strategies with investment targets, and engage in the proxy voting process.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the ESG landscape and regulatory frameworks, playing a pivotal role in refining our ESG methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record.
- Interest in pursuing CFA or equivalent qualifications.
- CPD Certifications in ESG Advising/Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of ESG principles and sustainable practices.
