We are offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join our ESG team as an ESG Graduate Analyst. This role provides a platform to develop your skills in ESG analysis, sustainable investing, and corporate responsibility, with full training and support from industry experts.
As an ESG Graduate Analyst, you will play a critical role in researching and evaluating ESG factors across various industries and investment opportunities. You will contribute to developing innovative strategies that align financial performance with sustainable and ethical practices. Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research on companies and industries to assess ESG risks, opportunities, and performance.
- Analyse and interpret ESG data to support investment decisions and corporate strategies.
- Prepare detailed ESG reports, scorecards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to promote ESG integration and alignment.

- Participate in structured training programmes and workshops to enhance your expertise in ESG analysis and sustainable finance.
- Receive full sponsorship for professional certifications such as ESG Advisor Certificate, CFA ESG Investing Certificate, and other relevant CPD-accredited qualifications.
- A 2:1 or higher in a degree related to Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- A strong passion for ESG principles, sustainability, and ethical investing.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
