With offices located nationwide, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to make an impact in the world of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing.
Key Responsibilities- Support ESG Product Strategy: Assist in addressing ESG-related client needs across institutional and retail channels, with a focus on climate-related objectives.
- Business Development: Work with the team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities.
- Research and Analysis: Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis using Excel, Bloomberg, and ESG data providers.
- Reporting: Produce regular reports and market commentary on ESG products, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Project Management: Help manage the project queue, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with account managers to maintain strong client relationships.
- Client Servicing and Marketing: Serve as a resource for client servicing and marketing teams, addressing asset allocation and ESG-related inquiries.
- Marketing Materials: Maintain and update ESG marketing materials, including presentation books.
- Content Development: Assist in creating ESG-related content, such as sustainability reports and market analyses.
- Ad-Hoc Research: Conduct research on market developments and competitors, such as trends in the green bond market.
- Product Development: Support the development of new ESG-related investment products and funds.
- Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field. ESG Advisor Certification.
- Interest in ESG: A strong interest in ESG issues and sustainable investing is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools and software. Basic understanding of Bloomberg and ESG data providers is a plus.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a strong results orientation.
