The Opportunity

We are looking for Graduate ESG Advisors to join our growing advisory team. This is an exceptional entry-level role for graduates passionate about ESG, sustainable investing, and responsible finance — no prior experience is required.

You will receive full professional support, hands-on training, and mentorship as you develop your expertise in ESG advisory services, research, and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ESG advisory services for clients in investment banking and corporate sectors
• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability risks, ESG trends, and regulatory frameworks
• Assist in the preparation of ESG reports, investment insights, and client presentations
• Collaborate with senior advisors on strategy development and advisory solutions
• Stay updated on global ESG standards and best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• ESG Advisor Certificate or Sustainable Investing Certificate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainable finance, and responsible investing
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Professional mindset and eagerness to learn
