Join our dynamic team! We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Graduate ESG Investment Advisor. With offices located nationwide, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to make an impact in the world of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ESG Product Strategy: Assist in addressing ESG-related client needs across institutional and retail channels, with a focus on climate-related objectives.
- Business Development: Work with the team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities.
- Research and Analysis: Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis using Excel, Bloomberg, and ESG data providers.
- Reporting: Produce regular reports and market commentary on ESG products, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Project Management: Help manage the project queue, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with account managers to maintain strong client relationships.
- Client Servicing and Marketing: Serve as a resource for client servicing and marketing teams, addressing asset allocation and ESG-related inquiries.
- Marketing Materials: Maintain and update ESG marketing materials, including presentation books.
- Content Development: Assist in creating ESG-related content, such as sustainability reports and market analyses.
- Ad-Hoc Research: Conduct research on market developments and competitors, such as trends in the green bond market.
- Product Development: Support the development of new ESG-related investment products and funds.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field. ESG Advisor Certification.
- Interest in ESG: A strong interest in ESG issues and sustainable investing is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new tools and software. Basic understanding of Bloomberg and ESG data providers is a plus.
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a strong results orientation.
