Key Responsibilities

  • Support ESG Product Strategy: Assist in addressing ESG-related client needs across institutional and retail channels, with a focus on climate-related objectives.
  • Business Development: Work with the team on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and conduct due diligence for new investment opportunities.
  • Research and Analysis: Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis using Excel, Bloomberg, and ESG data providers.
  • Reporting: Produce regular reports and market commentary on ESG products, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Project Management: Help manage the project queue, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with account managers to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Client Servicing and Marketing: Serve as a resource for client servicing and marketing teams, addressing asset allocation and ESG-related inquiries.
  • Marketing Materials: Maintain and update ESG marketing materials, including presentation books.
  • Content Development: Assist in creating ESG-related content, such as sustainability reports and market analyses.
  • Ad-Hoc Research: Conduct research on market developments and competitors, such as trends in the green bond market.
  • Product Development: Support the development of new ESG-related investment products and funds.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field. ESG Advisor Certification.
