Achieve the required standards and quality in accordance with contract and client expectations. Ensuring contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified and addressed. Cost planning and contract engagement Sourcing specified materials based on cost & quality. Attend progress meetings to respond to commercial matters raised. Support and advise the project manager in respect of fulfilment of all contractual obligations. Recently graduated with a Quantity Surveying degree. Competent IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen. Willing to travel to sites throughout the UK.
