We're looking for a Voice Support Engineer to join our client supporting banks, hedge funds, and brokers across the City of London.

The Role:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to clients
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Supporting and monitoring firewall infrastructure (Juniper or similar)
  • Working with voice trading systems (dealer boards, turrets, voice recording)
  • Collaborating with engineers and assisting with account management
  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone and onsite when required

You:

  • Fluent French speaker
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in networking & voice technologies
  • Knowledge of SIP, Wireshark, IP networking
  • Familiarity with trader voice systems (highly desirable)
  • Exposure to VMware, Cisco, or firewall technologies is a plus
  • CCNA/CVOICE or similar certifications (advantageous)
