For Companies Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000
Our Client is currently recruiting for Conveyancing Assistant in their Property Team in Leeds for a Residential Property Conveyancing Assistant.
The Role:
- Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents
- Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
- Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries.
- Ordering searches
- Issuing Mortgage reports to clients
About You:
- 12+ months experience in Conveyancing
- Proficient IT skills
- Ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective manner
- Experience in a similar fast-paced role
