At Gradient Labs, we’re building an AI agent to redefine customer experience and operational efficiency in the financial services sector. Founded in 2023, we’ve quickly gone from an idea to a growing team with customers you know (and probably love). Our powerful AI agent is unique: it’s the only AI operations agent built specifically for financial services, handling even the trickiest, high-stakes customer queries safely and effectively. Crucially, it serves as one unified agent across the entirety of your customer operations, giving businesses the comprehensive visibility and control they need to trust all outcomes.

We’re a small but mighty team of builders from leading companies like Monzo, Pleo, and Google. If you’re excited to tackle some of the hardest problems in AI and help shape the future of customer operations and experience, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Multi-channel prospecting: generate pipeline through cold calling, personalised email, and LinkedIn outreach that lands with C-level buyers.
  • AI-powered workflows: operate and tune tools for research, enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring so your time goes to the highest-value interactions.

  • Cross-functional impact: feed sharp field signal back to Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product to compound targeting, messaging, and conversion.
  • The craft of sales: develop the skills that take you from BDR to top-performing AE, from discovery to objection handling to stakeholder mapping.

What you’ll bring

  • Career ambition: you're hungry to develop into a world‑class seller and communicate sharply, on a call and in writing.
  • Entrepreneurship: you're a self-starter who would rather build the playbook than wait for one.
  • Genuine curiosity: you ask insightful questions, listen well, and stay close to the AI category and the financial services market.
  • Multi-channel instinct: you use modern engagement tools across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and you're not afraid of the phone.
  • AI-assisted workflows: you've used tools like Clay, Apollo, or Outreach to enrich, sequence, or research at scale.
