At Gradient Labs, we're building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Our agents automate the manual work behind customer operations, handling the trickiest, high‑stakes queries and tasks safely at scale.
Founded in 2023, we’ve quickly gone from an idea to a growing team with customers you know (and probably love). We're purpose‑built for financial services and other regulated industries where outcomes matter.
We’re a small but mighty team of builders from leading companies like Monzo, Wise, Mastercard, Revolut, and Google. We're hiring our next Enterprise AE to join our founding GTM team in London. The role suits someone who's thrived inside an early‑stage, high‑growth B2B AI or SaaS startup, ideally with a network in London and Europe, with the scrappy, autonomous wiring to match.
The role
- You’ll be early enough to shape how we sell, not inherit a polished playbook.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and run your business with that mentality.
- Own the full cycle. Generate your own pipeline, run thoughtful discovery, diagnose and tailor solutions across complex organisations. You’ll lead with our AI support platform and bring back‑office work into the conversation when it's the right time for the customer.
- Partner closely with AI Delivery. Selling here is a team sport. Our AI Delivery team gets customers live and helps them go deeper over time, and you’ll work hand in hand with them through every cycle.
- Build relationships at the top. You’ll sit across the table from C‑suite and senior ops or product leaders at some of the most forward‑thinking businesses in financial services. These are the people driving real operational change inside their organisations, and you’ll work alongside them as a trusted advisor on the realities of running customer operations in a regulated environment.
- Define the motion. You’ll co‑build sales process, qualification, and account strategy with our Head of GTM and the team. What works becomes how we sell.
- Be a product evangelist. You’ll deliver live demos, tailored decks, and a clear point of view on AI customer operations in every conversation. Your insights flow straight back to product and engineering.
We're looking for someone who…
- Has 5–7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, including complex end‑to‑end deals at six‑ and seven‑figure ACV. Bonus if you’ve sold an AI product, or into financial services or fintech.
- Has built C‑suite relationships and runs consultative, value‑based sales motions.
- Knows the AI agent space well enough to hold their own with a curious CTO.
- Driven and thoughtful, operates with scrappy autonomy, and tries something rather than waiting for a playbook.
- Communicates concisely in writing and in person, both with customers and inside the team.
- Excited about using AI inside our own sales motion, and comfortable with the rapid pace at which the AI space keeps changing.
Why Gradient Labs
Some of the most exciting and forward‑thinking companies in financial services and beyond are already using our product today, because we've built something that works for their high standards. We're early enough that you’ll genuinely shape how we sell, where we focus, and how we grow, alongside an international team of builders across London and the US. If that sounds like the seat you’ve been waiting for, we’d love to hear from you.
