We are currently recruiting QTS-qualified teachers for daily supply work across primary and secondary schools throughout the Fenland area, including March, Whittlesey, and Chatteris. This is a flexible role covering a range of year groups, ideal for teachers seeking variety and control over their working schedule. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply or longer-term placements, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary and/or secondary year groups
- Follow school lesson plans and adapt where required
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support pupil progress, engagement, and wellbeing
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement where required
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Confidence teaching across primary and/or secondary settings
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
