We are seeking a versatile and dedicated TA/HLTA to support an exceptional primary school in Wisbech. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to work across different year groups, making a meaningful impact in both a support and leadership capacity.
Responsibilities
- Morning (8:30AM β 12PM)
- Assist Year 5/6 teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Support pupils individually or in small groups to enhance learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons as a HLTA to cover teachersβ PPA time.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain classroom discipline and inspire students to achieve their potential.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TA or HLTA, preferably across various year groups.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HLTA status, TA qualifications, or equivalent experience).
